It needs to be examined in detail by Ophthalmologist and Ent specialist. It looks like viral conjunctivitis associated with limph node enlargement near ears. You can start medicines EYE drop vigamox 3 times a day for 10 days EYE ointment zymer or toba at bedtime for 10 days Tab combiflam or lyzer-d 2 times a day for 5 days. If possible and accessible consult Ophthalmologist first and if he advices take ENT consultation also
