Itching and redness in eyes, pain around eyes, temple and forehead. Sometimes feels like something is moving in eyes even after washing eyes. Mild swelling in lids area and strained feeling. Its been 3-4 days and pain near eye is constant.

Redness with itching and lid swelling are features for conjunctivitis it can be allergic or infective. With proper Eye drops and care it can get resolved. It needs to get checked properly.

Health Tips
Avoid touching your eyes. Wash your hands after using eye drops or whenever touching your eyes. Wear black glasses if you have. It will cause less discomfort from sunny day.

It may be the conjunctivitis, final diagnosis can be done after eye photographs and the detailed history… kindly connect need some more history to diagnose the condition..
