Itching and rashes on skin

I get red rashes of various sizes on the hands and legs and sometimes on the cheeks, neck, ear and forehead. These rashes are itchy and their size is like an ant-bite or even bigger. But they go away after 5-6 hours. This has been happening everyday since the last 4-5 months. Pls advise what should I do.
