Itching and possible infection on leg

About 10 days ago I felt Itching on right leg near knee. Over time the irritation increased. Earlier I didn't see anything on the skin but now there appears to be rash or some infection. It has also started spreading. I now have such rashes on both legs near the knee and on thighs. Due to the lock down I am not able to visit any doctor. If I wait till 15th April then I'm afraid the infection will continue spreading to other parts.
