I am observing this kind of red pimples on my legs (only one area) from 2-3 months. It comes and goes off also after 2-3 days of using powder or betnovet skin cream. It happens 2-3 times so far and reduces then comes back again. What could be reason for this. I am currently in bihar and weather is hot and humid with rain frequently.
