Itching and pain in Groin and Anal Area

Hi, I have been experiencing some pain (when something touches over there) and itching across my left groin area, spreading till anus to scrotum. This is not severe in terms of intensity but becomes painful when i pass stool sometimes. I have been useing Surfaz cream at night for more than 10 days now but only seen limited improvements. Please suggest.
