Itching and Infection in Leg and Finger

I am having infection, itching and color change in leg and finger area. It has been there in leg for a long time but it recently developed in the finger also. There is heavy itching and it itches often. I have allergy issues and I consume Fexofenadine tablets for allergy what exactly is this? How to get rid of it? Is it something serious? I have attached pictures for your reference

Looks like tinea manuum n pedis…take oral antifungal and cream for a 3-4weeks…as recurrence rate is high…it should be taken for the prescribed duration

Looks like fungal infection.  Continue fexofenadine tab. Take tab griseofulvin 500mg one daily for 2 weeks. Apply cosvate g.m ointment over itchy parts 4 to 6 werks.
