Itching and hives.
My 4 years child is having few hives on his body and he is itching lot over it. Initially it started with one on leg and then on fore arms. Now he has it on 4-5 places on his body.

Well it may be some allergy. Try to find if he was exposed to any new thing in food, or clothes or chemicals etc and stop if u find.
