-You can do warm water gargles with salt
-Also try to give rest to your throat ( talking a lot or talking loudly can put strain ) this can also cause throat irritation
- Honey with warm water on empty stomach
- At night hot milk with pinch of turmeric ( antiseptic effect)
- Take hot beverages and relax
