Hi -You can do warm water gargles with salt -Also try to give rest to your throat ( talking a lot or talking loudly can put strain ) this can also cause throat irritation - Honey with warm water on empty stomach - At night hot milk with pinch of turmeric ( antiseptic effect) - Take hot beverages and relax Hope this advice helps you Take care

No need to worry. You can start with betadine & Luke warm water gargles three times a day. Steam inhalation three times a day. Maintain hydration & follow government guidelines for lockdown.
