It was 10 weeks 3 days Miscarriage

Last date was Sep 10th. Urine test showed positive Waited for 10 weeks 3 days to Get the Cardiac flicker but no luck. Can i terminate this miscarriage using general medicines or Surgery.Please suggest which one is Good for future Conception
