Isthmus Enlarged in throat

Hello Sir, I have attached my reports, which was taken yesterday. Kindly review my reports and when I try to swallow food or water, I feel something is stopping in my throat, but I am able to swallow now.. But I feel something is there in my throat. Is there any medicine to cure this problem. Please let me know. Is anything serious threat in this.

Good morning. As per the reports the cyst in the thyroid is too small to cause swallowing problems. I would advise in clinic consultation to rule out any problems in the back of throat. This cannot be seen on ultrasound or X-ray.

Based on usg report attached which says you have an enlarged isthmus with cystic lesion in isthmus which can cause difficulty swallowing in some patients if it presses over food pipe
