Issue with pimples & acne on butt, thigh

I have many small pimples on butt which  are not going. And these is a big red boil too on butt and not blasting and neither it has puss. And when evr there is heat or my periods i get boils in butt area only. Acne is also issue along with the pimples on butt and between thighs.. Need immediate solution
