Is she passing hard stool..?? Is she on more of milk diet?? Is she doing it by standing ?? If all the answers were yes then... Start giving her proper toilet training ( thought it is early but you can start) , teach her to do by squating, reduce milk in diet inspite give other home made foods. If problem is more sever you give syrup lactulose 10 ml once at night for 2-3 days which will help to remove fecolith Further things will taken care by diet and proper toilet training
