Issue in maintaining erection
I am having issues for erection from last 3-4 months.Early ejaculation with low sexual drive is the issue and sperm count also low with 42million only.
I am taking tentex forte from last 2 months but seems little effect with low productivity.
Aside my precum and semen smelling also.
I use to drink 4 lit of water daily and regular to gym from last two months.
I am suffering from burning sensation during stool also which is very intense but no constipation or hardness in stool is found.
I have get the test for herpes which is found negative.
