Within 4 month my tooth size is decreasing automatically. Last year I filling my left upper tooth. now is very pain for that tooth. Please give me suggestion, what I do and what I don't.

For pain you can take tablets like keterol It requires Root canal treatment followed by capping or extraction and replacement of tooth if its badly damaged.
