I have been recently diagnosed with Isolated diastolic hypertension My bp remains 110-130/90 -101 I take medication TSart 40 CT once in the morning. How could I keep my diastolic reading within 80. Also I am afraid what could this high diastolic reading lead to.

Dear patient higher level of diastolic BP is mainly due to vascular resistance , i think you should take vessel dilator rather than temisrtan....plz consult online for further management
