self medication not advisable.... Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform. It's advisable for your only for who's diet is cent % nonveg. In Indian scenario it's not needed fibre. Plz consult Ayurveda Dr in person examination and assessment so best choice of medicine can be possible
