Is this report complete and correct?

This is a stress echo report but I can't see any echo related details or findings here only ecg related findings are present.

Your observation is correct - what you have is a stress ECG (TMT) report, not a stress echocardiography report. In a true stress echo the doctor must comment on wall motion, ejection fraction at rest and at peak stress; if only ECG changes, heart rate, blood pressure and workload are mentioned, the echo part has not been reported. So the report is not incomplete in itself, it is just a treadmill test labelled loosely.
Next Steps
Go back to the centre and ask whether a stress echo was actually done; if yes, ask for the echo images and the wall-motion comment in writing. Also keep the resting 2D echo report handy, because at 17 that plus a TMT usually answers the concern. Share both reports with me on a Practo consult and I will tell you if anything further is genuinely needed.
