Hi,my name is vani,My dad age 50 ,actually he is diabetic person,he is feeling some symptoms peralysis symptoms,he is getting cheek shakes one side and also sometimes tongue also dryness

These are not necessarily paralysis symptoms, paralysis commonly is sudden, see GP
