Forget the buccal mucosa hyperpigmentation as i had posted query earlier it might be olp or maybe not so not getting bothered by it, but i saw today that there's some whiteness under my parotid gland/papilla, please help me to understand if its normal or not, Also see top arrow there another mark m a little worried about that, is that symptom of stones? Please help. Attached without encircled image and marked image as well

It could be due to cheek bite or because of some irregular cusp of tooth. As I can see on attached photograph their are some sharp cusp on upper tooth. But need to know proper history. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Better to consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hi.... What I can see from the picture is not stone, stone would have caused you a lot of pain before and during chewing your food. You would have had a cheek bite which is very normal. The reasons could be distractions during eating, tooth deflection in the arch, biting during sleep, psychological reasons. It can happen again but if it is very frequent then you’ll need help and then you’ll have to take it seriously as it could lead to infections.
Next Steps
Try applying antiseptic oral gels, use ice cubes wrapped in a cloth and put it on the site for 15-20 mins thrice a day, you can use pain killers if you have pain.
