Is this eczema??

Hi I consulted with a dermatologist on 13/04/2020 regarding swelling and red patch on my ankle and was diagnosed with tinea. Since it didint get better after two weeks of medication I consulted again  on 26/04/2020 with another doctor and was diagnosed with psoriasis. First prescription 13/04/2020 1. Teczine tablet 0-0-1 for 1 week 2. Miconazole cream 1-0-1 for 2 weeks I belive that this is eczema and I'm Currently using propysalic ointment twice a day Will this help

First n foremost kindly visit a qualified skin specialist dr only with with MD DVD DDVL DNB degree if not so then stop all treatment. A detailed clinical examination along with signs n symptoms helps in diagnosis. If not a skin biopsy rules out all possible causes.
Next Steps
visit a qualified skin specialist dr if already done keep a regular follow up to one Dr only.

This is a Dermatitis with secondary bacterial infection , since itching is there and oozing is there,  kindly consult online for proper management
