Is this clots in legs?

Sir my patient diabetic 70yr old , was discharged from covid pneumonia treatment (11/25 hrct) a month ago. His Di dimer is elevated 1.06 and CRP is in range 2.02 . I have noticed there is some kind of buldge in his legs. He presently taking only amoldipine, insulin and multivitamin with no blood thinners. Is he having these clots? Kindly guide.

The swelling seem like varicosities in the veins. Consult a Vascular surgeon for diagnosis and management

This is a case of varicose veins. If left untreated, varicose veins might lead to blood clots in future- known as deep vein thrombosis.
Next Steps
Consult a vascular or general surgeon. Till then, keep the legs elevated over pillows while lying down and over a footstool while sitting. Do not let the legs hang for long periods of time. Avoid standing and walking for long periods. Apply appropriate sized compression stockings.

This is varicose vein . Which can be due to venous insufficiency.

These are unlikely to be blood clots They appear to be dilated veins (varicose veins) Adv. Doppler studies of the blood vessels of both lower limbs.
