Back pain,knee pain and crackling sounds from bones especially when raising legs. Male,25 now. fat belly,thighs and hips.Nipples are puffy. Is this caused by estrogen dominance? I regularly do exercise. Still, can't reduce fat on these areas and build muscles.

Hi., I can understand your concern. Yes it can be estrogen dominance in obese males. And back pain knee pain can be due to vit deficiency and calcium deficiency. Puffy nipples can be a sign of gynecomastia.
