I have attached the discharge summary after birth of a baby girl is it normal or how. Kindly suggest what should be done next.

The date of birth of the baby is not mentioned in the above copy.. On the information that is available in page.. I can say that baby needs a review after 2 days to look for any increase in jaundice.. Meanwhile collect the baby's metabolic screen report that should include thyroid profile screen..
