Result Ref-Range UA-Occult Blood 1+ NEG UA-pH 7.5 5.0 - 9.0 UA-Albumin 2+ NEG UA-Urobilinogen Negative NEG UA-Nitrite Negative NEG UA-WBC Screen Negative NEG UA-SED-RBC 5-10 /hpf 0 - 2 /hpf UA-SED-WBC 0-2 /hpf 0 - 2 /hpf +2 urine albumin? 5-10 urine rbc, 1+ occult blood? Doesn't this sound like end-organ damage or am I wrong?
