I DID BETA HCG 40 days after the incident (no penetration and no intercourse happened only fingering but i was scared if precum) and it was negative!! (

You said that you have done the Beta HCG test 40 days after sexual intimacy. Did you not get your periods in those 40 days? Please consult a Gynaecologist on Practo for further management regarding being overdue by so many days.
