Gall stone.. Fatty liver Very high liver enzyme  high triglycerides Low vitd3 Consult a gastroenterologist. She needs  treatment.

The CRP is raised. It may be due to disturbed Lipid profile, especially LDL Cholesterol. Triglycerides level is not done. SGPT is also very high. Ultrasound scan report is generally normal. Hepakind may help her but it is not a scientific treatment. I think she should have Fibroscan done. An opinion of a Gastroenterologist may be worthwhile to decide if a Liver biopsy will help.
