Grade three vericocele on left and mild degree of bilateral hydrocele as per reports of scrotal doppler.

Varicocele per se is not an indication for surgery Check for semen analysis to see if count reduced Also are you having pain on the side of varicocele Also do u feel the testis size on the side of varicocele is small If any of above then u need surgery For mild hydroelectric just watch and wait  for now
