I am attaching ct scan , please guide if i need to go for septoplasty surgery , is dns affecting my pathway. i face breathing issue through nose.

Good evening! With the ct findings it shows bilateral septal hypertrophy with right Mod DNS impinging middle turbinate and inferior turbinate hypertrophy sinuses are clear So basically u needed a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and clinical examination to confirm the findings Are u getting repeated sneezing? Or having wheezing?
