I am suffering from pure obsession type ocd , my psychiatrist experimented a lot of medication including augmentation, therepy and standard medications but i am showing partial response to all of them.. Actually i have pure obsession type ocd ,i have a lot of thoughts running in my mind but they are not so disturbing but the problem is that due to these thoughts I can't able to study effectively and my productivity is zero.. I want to study bcz i know i dont study this time i will be in more trouble in future .. But after that i cant able to study even a page of my book ..may be it is laziness or some other problem , mostly my concern about productivity.. So what should i do ?
