I'm having a condition of post nasal drip since more than 2 weeks after gargling daily it has significantly reduced but my throat sometimes tingles when swallowing. Please help. I've attached a photo for reference. Thanks!

From the picture that you have attached you are fruit looks quite dry with few granulations. As such there is no visible post nasal drip.
