Is mucocele harmful? Size less than 1 cm . Seems not to be improving. It is in lower lip. Don't want to undergo surgery.

Mucocele is not harmful..It may cause mild discomfort
It is due to minor salivary gland duct rupture....
You need to undergo simpe surgical excision along with minor salivary gland to prevent its recurrence
