Hello, I am a 33 year and I have been having regular mouth ulcer that comes & go every Month. I had done protected exposure last 9 months back After exposure of 2 week I got herpes zoster and one week herpes zoster problem is solved so my question is mouth ulcer and hiv related??

Yes, They all are related (Ulcer, Herpes Zoster and HIV). Each one increases likelihood of others. It will be wise if you get yourself tested for HIV via 4th Gen tests which detects both HIV antibody and antigen and almost confirmatory after 4 months of exposure.
