Is it possible to stop antidepressents?

I am taking antidepressent medicine from last 5 years is it possible to stop antidepressent because sometime i try this to stop taking but it can shown symptoms again so it is difficult to leave

It is possible, if you gradually tapper down medication as per your doctor suggestion and along with tapering try for councelling and therapy which will smoothen your journey without antidepressants. This process takes time but with patient’s motivation it is possible.
