I have PCOD, but i somehow overcame the irregular periods by maintaining my weight and eating healthy. But my last 2 cycles are 37 days apart. Which means i am getting my period on 38th day. Is this normal or my PCOD came back???

21-35 days a normal cycle duration .. but 37 days a fine .. but v hve to know whether u hve ovulatory r anovulatory cycles
