After completing 1 year TB treatment, paitent have retroperitoneal lympnods.. Symptoms: Weight loss Fever Loss of appetite Anaemia Dr suggest FNAC And CBNAAT Am confused how is possible? Dr suspect it's DRTB

Hi Inspite of taking ATT for 1 year and symptoms still persist, should consider Drug resistant TB
