I'm 34 weeks pregnant. Today I'm suddenly experiencing a tooth ache since morning. In the evening, I have a tightening of my abdomen at some point of time since the last 2-3 hours. I also had a pricking pain at the right shoulder joint for 3-4 times. What could it be?
