My tsh level is 10.37 T3 1.11 T4 7.63 Anti TPO <0.8 and my right side neck is swollen and it feels like it is pressed... and is having pain, is it thyriod??? One doctor is saying YES.. and other one is saying NO... CONFUSED... PLEASE GUIDE ME...

You are most probably having primary Hypothyroidism for which you will require treatment...right side neck swelling maybe due a thyroid nodule which can be confirmed only by an examination and USG as needed
