Is insulin mandatory to take

Hi Sir/madam, I am anitha 31 years old pregnant 7 months, while testing sugar levels fasting, after 2 hours breakfast,lunch and dinner,on an average reading showing as 100-110 fasting and 130-150 after breakfast lunch and dinner. Please suggest do i need to take medicines and Insulin for control of sugar till the delivery. If I start Insulin now, do i need take for remaining life even after pregnancy..please suggest

Hi Anitha No need of medicine or insulin now. Completely stop taking white sugar. Have meals in smaller quantity..Add fruits in between Drink more water Do Regular walking and exercise

Decrease your carbohydrate diet and avoid sugar. Start walking morning and evening. Better to stop white sugar completely . Fasting is ok post lunch should be controlled
