Im 7 months pregnant GDM

Hi doctor, I'm 7 month pregnant. my GCT test is done. 75gram of glucose giving after 1 hr reading 153 mg/dl this is borderline GDM or what please suggest me how to control gynecologist suggestions is good sugar free diet and metformine 500mg tablets

Yes this is above the normal range. Maintain healthy diet and mild exercise. Start on metformin and monitor sugars. If sugars still high need to start on insulin.
