Thank you for sharing your concern. When masturbation occurs repeatedly without a clear sexual urge and feels automatic or difficult to control, it is important to understand the pattern rather than assuming that it is simply a sexual problem.
Sometimes repetitive sexual behaviour can be associated with OCD-related intrusive thoughts/compulsions, anxiety, habit patterns, emotional regulation difficulties, or other factors. A proper clinical assessment is therefore important before deciding on the diagnosis.
Since you have already consulted two psychologists and have not found the treatment helpful, I would suggest consulting a Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist who is specifically trained in CBT and ERP and has experience with OCD/intrusive thoughts and compulsive sexual behaviours.
CBT can help identify the triggers and maintaining cycle, while ERP may be useful when the behaviour is part of an OCD/compulsion cycle. If there is a significant sexual-health component, a qualified therapist with additional training in sexology/sexual counselling may also be helpful.
