My AMH level is 1.87 and I want to delay pregnancy for atleast 1.5 years due to me and my career issues.. Doctors prescribed me to take Dream MA XT for 6 days... Will it improve or retain AMH level? if yes then for how long? What I should add in my lifestyle to have normal pregnancy after 1.5 year? as right now I am obese with 86 kgs and have high bp and PCOS. I am working and sedentary lifestyle

No There is no way to go against nature U need to Exercise n reduce weight Amh levels are inherently high in pcod patientso this value of amh is low
