Female age 75, creatinine 6.56, hb 7.5, urea 137.66,no edema in legs or hands, is dialysis mandatory in this case or can be dealt with medication?

Hello, Since her age is 75, we usually wait if she doesn’t have any symptoms and potassium level in blood is normal..she can be managed with medication.. get RFT, blood potassium done weekly
