no teeth flosser individually can treat gum disease it’s just used as an adjunct like floss and interdental brushes … please consult a periodontist for a more long term and sustainable treatment

You can use any ultra flosser. But its compulsory to do teeth cleaning from dentist every 6 months as none of the home care measures clean every nook and corner of teeth and gums.
