Dear sir/mam, For the past 3 days I am feeling little weak and feeling of  inflamation in multiple areas such as below the left side rib cage, under the shoulder back side, corners of hip back side. This pain is doesn't hold for long. No caugh, cold and fever. I was in too much of physical and mental workload restlessly for the past 1 week. I have been taking Dolo 650 & citerizen since last 3 days. What are these symptoms means? Is covid test helps? Kindly advise.
