Following are some finding in the tests for my father who is 56 years old -
1. TMT: borderline positive for inducible ischemia
2. EchoCardioGraphy: Aortic value is tricuspid, calcified, aortic systolic opening is restricted. Mild AS. LVEF=81%
Cardiologist suggested coronary angiography for the same. I have the following questions
- Is this tests required?
- What are the risks/side effects of the tests?
- What is the risk in not doing the test?
If TMT is positive should undergo angiography he has slight stenosis of aortic valve as well, Cath gradient for aortic valve also be calculated while doing angio
After how many days does kfts and lfts blood test can be done (after doing coronary angiography scan)..
