I had a miscarriage in 16 weeks and no known reason, now I am 13 week pregnant on sustain 400mg medication with 30mm  cervical length. Is cervical stitch required even with 30mm length?

It is better to get cervical stitch done rather than taking risk of recurrent 2nd trimester miscarriage.
