Is antibiotic safe during breastfeeding

I had a vaginal delivery 2 months back and still have off white discharge till date. It diagoned as episiotomy sinus and vaginal granulation tissues. Doctor has prescribed Clingen Forte vaginal capsule and Metrogyl tablet for 7 days. Please let me know if it is ok to continue breastfeeding while taking these medicines. Mine is an exclusively breastfed baby till date.
