Is 311nm NBUVB SAFE ?? - Psoriasis

I have been using 311nm NBUVB handheld machine for Psoriasis. I have been using it for 5 mins daily for last 3 months. I have read online that though NB , it's still cancerous.Can you please suggest on its safety & how much of daily does should I use and should I continue it or not.
